Join Planning & Development Director Erin Ruth and Assistant Administrator/Finance Director Cameron Sawyer to hear a summary of a proposed update to the Village’s impact fees and provide feedback at virtual and in-person input sessions scheduled on February 19.
Impact fees are imposed on new development to pay for estimated financial impact on public facilities. Following a short presentation staff will be collecting feedback from stakeholders for the Village Board. This feedback will be utilized by the Board when considering the amendment to the water and sewer fee and possible new law enforcement impact fee.
