The Village of Cottage Grove is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Recreation Supervisor position. Required qualifications include, a Bachelor’s Degree in recreation management, leisure services and/or administration or related field, or 2-4 years of equivalent experience and additional training. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: assist the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Director with planning, implementing, supervising and evaluating various youth, teen and adult recreation programs which may include sports, activities, trips and special events. This position will also assist with program logistics to include facility availability, preparations, supplies and instructor orientation.
The starting salary range is $45,000 to $53,000/year, dependent on qualifications and experience, with excellent Village benefits. Please click here for the full job description.
