Thank you for taking the time to complete the Village of Cottage Grove's second annual Community Survey. This survey is designed to gather feedback and gauge residents' level of satisfaction with services provided by your local government. The information collected will be utilized by the Village Board and staff to aid during decision-making processes.
The survey should take approximately ten minutes to complete and will be available through April 21st. If you would prefer a hard copy they are available at Village Hall (221 E.
