Alternate side parking regulations shall be in effect on all Village streets from December 1 to March 15 of each year. Parking shall be on the even side of the street on even-numbered days and the odd side of the street on odd-numbered days. The numerical date as of 12:01 a.m. shall be in effect until 8:00 a.m. (for example, at 12:01 a.m., when the date changes from the 12th to the 13th, you have to be parked on the odd (13) side of the street).

The following streets/portions of streets of the Village shall be exempt from the terms of this subsection:
- All of Uphoff Drive.
- South Main Street from the railroad tracks to Reynolds Street.
- All of Reynolds Street.
- Oak Street from North Main Street to Willow Run.
