Civic Rec - Cottage Grove Parks & Recreation

Welcome Tab - please review the directions in the bright teal "Welcome Tab" and click Create Account.

While creating your new account:

1. Enter your personal information first, Name, DOB, and cell number

2. Then shift to the right column and enter your address. Save the user profile and then you will be prompted to add your emergency contact information.

*2025 Park Reservations will have to be completed in Civic Rec.
