The Utility Commission approved investigating an amendment to the existing water and sewer impact fees.
In the Fall of 2025, the Village Board requested investigating adding a Law Enforcement Impact Fee. The Public Facility needs assessment is the first step in this process, which was completed and put on file with the clerks office on February 3, 2026.
On February 19, 2026, Village staff will be holding two public involvement meetings to collect feedback at noon and 5 p.m. Additional details will be posted.
The Village Board may consider amending Chapter 198 of the Village ordinances which define impact fee collections and administration.
