c. Discuss sustainable improvements to shared facilities.
d. Discuss funding split for ESOB/Town phone system upgrade.
e. Discuss the road connections between Village and Town roads.
f. Discuss and consider Flynn Hall agreement.
g. Discuss additional citizen member from each municipality for Emergency Government Committee.
