Discuss and Consider A Request for Approval of a Site Plan Amendment from PBBS Equipment Corp., located at 380 Progress Drive, for an Approximately 1,260 sq. ft. addition.

PUBLIC HEARING: Opportunity for Public to Provide Input Regarding Proposed Ordinance 05-2021 Regarding Solar Energy Collection Devices.

Presentation and Discussion with City of Madison Planning Staff Regarding a Potential Boundary Agreement.

Closed Session: This Closed Session Is to Discuss Boundary Agreement Negotiating Position for Potential Agreements Involving the Village of Cottage Grove and The City of Madison. The Village of Cottage Grove Village Plan Commission will enter into Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute §19.85 (1)(e), Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
