PUBLIC HEARING – The public’s opportunity to provide input on a proposed amendment to 325-38(D)(6) of the Zoning Ordinance to modify intensity bulk requirements in the HR-9 (Historical Residential) district.

Discuss and Consider an application from Huston Properties Inc. for approval of a Precise Implementation Plan to construct a 27-unit senior apartment building at 103 E. Reynolds Street.

Discuss and Consider an application from Midwest Stihl for approval of a Site Plan Amendment to allow the construction of an approximately 65,000 square foot expansion to the existing warehouse building located at 301 Commerce Parkway.

Discuss analysis of parking requirements among comparable communities.

Discuss a more flexible mix of housing unit type percentages in Planned Neighborhood districts.
