Virtual Zoom Fitness Classes

All classes will be hosted via Zoom live. You will need access to an internet connection with a computer/laptop/iPhone/Android to view the fitness classes. Download the ZOOM App or go to https://zoom.us/. You'll be prompted to sign up, which is FREE, but not required.

You'll receive a link to join the fitness class via email. Please keep an eye out on your email before every class for a new link. Please stay muted during the session.

Don't have weights? That's fine! Substitute weights for resistance bands, soup cans, milk jugs, laundry soap, etc.

If you do not have access to sign up online, call the office and we'll sign you up, then send or drop off a check to the office. We will make it work! 608-839-8968

When signing up, please keep in mind all programs are set as "waitlist". All programs are going to show "full" but please disregard that. This means you have to "add to waitlist" (with no payment) and if we have enough people signed up for the waitlist, you will be notified to pay for the class. If we do not have enough people for a class, you will be notified. The purpose of this is to eliminate credit card transaction fees during this time.



Cardio/Strength/Core

Each class is divided into three 15-minute intervals, 15 min of core training, 15 min of strength training and 15 min of cardio training to give you a full body workout. All fitness classes welcome. Equipment needed: weights.

Seniors: Ageless Balance, Movement & Strength

Please call the office to sign up (it's easier!) if needed. 608-839-8968. Simple balance and light muscle strengthening activities. Improve your stamina, strength, mobility, and balance. Modifications are offered to allow anyone, no matter what your fitness level or limitations are, to enjoy the same workout, and to ensure proper form to prevent injury. Learn strategies to reduce your risk for falling while increasing your activity level. All fitness levels welcome. Equipment needed: sturdy chair without wheels and light weights (if you have them). Exercises can also be done using bands, bodyweight, soup cans, or 1-gallon plastic jugs (fill up for different weight). 30-Min Express Strength

Build upper & lower body muscle, engage your core, and burn some calories with a variety of simple strength exercises. All fitness levels welcome and modifications available. Equipment needed: mat and dumbbells. Exercises can also be done using bands, bodyweight, soup cans, or 1-gallon plastic jugs (fill up for different weight).

Yoga Flow

Basic yoga postures. Sun salutations with flow balance poses. Warrior series seated poses and relaxation. Equipment needed: yoga mat and blocks if you have them.
