Over the last few years, the Village of Cottage Grove and many wonderful volunteers have been working hard to make the Phoebe Bakken Memorial Park the destination park it was meant to be. This page will feature plans and updates for the park. There are many exciting improvements planned for 2020/2021 - park shelter and splash pad construction begins in 2020.
