Cardio Intervals

Cost: $35 (1x week, for 6 weeks)

Location: 210 Progress Drive, Suite 2 (fitness room)

Join us for a morning sweat session! This class will focus on a different HITT workout. Participants will be exerting maximum effort for a minimal amount of time. Participants can access the back fitness room by driving around the building at 210 Progress Drive and enter in the fenced-in area. Enter the BLUE DOOR.

Morning Strength

Join us for a strength class using moderate weights with high reps. This class will teach you proper form and technique while using weights and body weights. Your benefit will be developing lean muscle and burning calories. Please bring an exercise mat and water and a towel if you would like.

Yoga

Instructor: Ellen Utter 

Cost: $30/4-Week Session 

Thursdays: 4:00- 4:45 pm 

Location: Classes are held at 210 Progress Drive (back fitness room. Session 7 will be held at Doundrins Distilling! 

Learn fundamental alignment techniques and basic Hatha yoga postures then combine these with Vinyasa flow movements to energize, build strength, and increase flexibility. Each class will include stretching/strengthening the spine and integration with the core. Appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel.
