Adult Fitness Classes
(ZOOM) Strength Plus
Instructor: Ron Dorr
Cost:$35/4-Week Session (Includes recordings of live classes)
Mon-Wed 6:00-6:45 PM, Fri 6:00-6:30 PM
Location: Class conducted via Zoom
A total-body, intensive dumbbell strength workout with short bursts of cardio. Designed to develop and define muscles, burn calories, boost metabolism, and improve endurance. All in a fast-paced, express class. Equipment needed: mat, dumbbells, and loop resistance band. (Loop resistance band included with registration) Substitute dumbbells with resistance bands, soup cans, milk jugs, laundry soap, etc.
**Friday classes 6:00-6:30 pm**
Cardio Intervals (updated format)

Cost: $35 (1x week, for 6 weeks)
Location: 210 Progress Drive, Suite 2 (fitness room)
Join us for a morning sweat session! This class will focus on a different HITT workout. Participants will be exerting maximum effort for a minimal amount of time. Participants can access the back fitness room by driving around the building at 210 Progress Drive and enter in the fenced-in area. Enter the BLUE DOOR.

Cardio/core class is designed to use core-based cardio, heart-pumping moves, and exercises, that will challenge and strengthen your core. A strong core will help you achieve better balance and posture, and everyday day movement and tasks easier. Some equipment, such as dumbbells, supplied by Rec Dept. will be used. Please bring a yoga/exercise mat. All fitness levels are welcome! Participants can access the back fitness room by driving around the building at 210 Progress Drive and enter in the fenced-in area. Enter the BLUE DOOR.

Yoga
Instructor: Ellen Utter
Cost: $30/4-Week Session
Thursdays: 4:00- 4:45 pm
Location: Spring Classes held at 210 Progress Drive (back fitness room. Sessions 5 & 6 will be held at Doundrins Distilling!
Learn fundamental alignment techniques and basic Hatha yoga postures then combine these with Vinyasa flow movements to energize, build strength and increase flexibility. Stretch/strengthening the spine and integration with the core will be included in each class. Appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel.
