Simple balance and light muscle-strengthening activities. Improve your stamina, strength, mobility, and balance. Modifications are offered to allow anyone, no matter what your fitness level or limitations are, to enjoy the same workout, and to ensure proper form to prevent injury. Learn strategies to reduce your risk of falling while increasing your activity level. All fitness levels are welcome. Equipment needed: sturdy chair without wheels, light weights, bands, and ball. (Loop and long resistance band, and Pilates ball, included with registration.) Substitute dumbbells with resistance bands, soup cans, milk jugs, laundry soap, etc.
