A total-body strength workout with short bursts of cardio. Designed to develop and define muscles, burn calories and boost metabolism, and improve your endurance. All in a 45-minutes express class. Equipment needed: mat, dumbbells, and a loop resistance band (provided). Substitute dumbbells with resistance bands, soup cans, milk jugs, laundry soap, etc.
