Evening Fitness Classes
"Strength Plus" - ZOOM
Location: (Zoom Class)
Instructor: Ron Dorr
A total-body strength workout with short bursts of cardio. Designed to develop and define muscles, burn calories and boost metabolism, and improve your endurance. All in a 45 minute express class. Equipment needed: mat, dumbbells, and a loop resistance band (provided). Substitute dumbbells with resistance bands, soup cans, milk jugs, etc.
"Adult Strength & Fitness" - ZOOM
Location: (Zoom Class)
Instructor: Ron Dorr
Moderate intensity, low impact strength and fitness for people just beginning, or returning to a fitness program. Work out at home with this live online ZOOM group fitness class. You’ll also have access to recordings of the previous week’s classes to do whenever it’s convenient for you.
Outdoor Yoga Flow
Location: Doundrins Distillery (Green Space)
Instructor: Ellen Utter
Basic yoga postures. Sun salutations with flow balance poses. Warrior series seated poses and relaxation. Equipment needed: Yoga mat, towel, blanket, water and blocks if you have them. In the event of inclement weather class will be hosted via Zoom. If class is moved to Zoom you will be notified at least 1.5 hours before the start of that nights class.

Barre/Yoga
Location: 210 Progress Drive (back room)
Instructor: Ellen Utter
Warm up and cool down with yoga postures and a good stretch. Barre and light weights in the middle of class. This will be an in person class. Max of 4 people.
