Location: Monona State Bank Instructor: Jill Hackel Cardio, Strength and Core classes are no longer stationary. Tour the Village, as participants will mix short runs (1 mile or less) with instructor lead group exercises. This combo class is great for those of all fitness levels. Participants should dress for the weather.
