Tuesday/Thursday Evening Fitness Classes


Cardio/Strength/Core


Location: Municipal Services Building, 210 Progress Drive (around back enter blue door)
Instructor: Shelly Tipton
Each class is divided into three 20 minute intervals. 20 minutes of core training, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of cardio training, to give you a full body workout. This class is for all fitness levels. No equipment needed. Please bring your own exercise/yoga mat, water, and towel. Max of 20 participants.

Beginner Cardio & Core

This Beginner Cardio & Core class is perfect for those looking for low impact workouts. Classes will be a mix of cardi work and core work to provided a balanced workout. Please bring your own exercise/yoga mat, water, and towel. Max of 20 participants.
